Our classes welcome beginners, casual movers, and seasoned yogis alike.
Do I need to be flexible to do yoga or Pilates?
Not at all. Our running sessions are grouped by pace and energy level. You’ll never feel behind — only supported.
What if I’ve never done this before?
Perfect. Most of our guests are trying yoga or Pilates for the first time — especially on holiday. We guide every movement clearly, offer simple options for beginners, and make sure you feel welcome from the first breath to the final pose.
Will it be awkward or too serious?
Not at all. Our sessions are friendly, relaxed, and done in beautiful outdoor spaces — not quiet studios. You’ll hear the sea, feel the breeze, and move alongside others who are just here to feel better, not perform.
