Absolutely not. Every session is designed to scale to your level. Whether it’s your first workout in months or you train regularly, our coaches will guide you safely, adjust movements, and help you build strength at your own pace — without pressure, without judgment.

Just the essentials: water, a towel, and your energy. We train barefoot on the beach or rooftop, so no shoes are needed. We provide all equipment (TRX, kettlebells, mats). Most guests say it’s the simplest setup they’ve ever enjoyed.
